專案建築定位為城市產業綜合體，以研發辦公、高端公寓、商業配套服務中心、企業會所等為主要功能。我們將延續現代簡約的建築語彙，把“城市記憶”、“科技互動”、“智慧服務”的概念融入到景觀設計中，希望在有限的場地內，以精簡的手法，創造具有場地特質的景觀空間，成為行業標杆。
景觀提出“天集智核”的概念，設計可呈現流動資訊的“資訊環”，具有體驗展示功能的“智慧核”，以及開放共用的“休閒核”等功能空間，旨在通過模組化單元核，提供多元、智能的公共空間體系，突出企業品牌形象。
The construction of the project is positioned as an urban industrial complex, with R&D office, high-end apartment, commercial supporting service center, and enterprise club as its main functions. We will continue the modern and simple architectural vocabulary, the concept of "urban memory", "technological interaction", "intelligent service" into the landscape design, hoping to create a landscape space with site characteristics in a limited site with a simplified approach, and become the industry benchmark. Landscape proposed the concept of "Tianji intelligent core", designed the "information ring" that can present flowing information, the "smart core" that has the function of experience display, and the "leisure core" and other functional Spaces that are open and shared, aiming to provide a diversified and intelligent public space system through the modular unit core, highlighting the corporate brand image.
